Do I have to be in the 3-2 program?

No. The society is for Oberlin students interested in engineering, projects, or the pathway, including students who are still exploring.

Do I need prior technical experience?

No. Project teams need beginners, researchers, organizers, writers, designers, photographers, and people willing to learn.

Does choosing leadership mean I have accepted a role?

No. It means you are open to a conversation about responsibilities, time, and the selection process.

Will every proposed project happen?

No. Projects will be selected based on student interest, available support, safety, cost, and whether the scope is realistic.

When is the first meeting?

The date and room are still being scheduled. Members on the launch list will receive the confirmed information.
